Manny Pacquiao says Floyd Mayweather Jr. has finally made his decision — and it removes a major obstacle to their long-awaited rematch.
Pacquiao told Lance Pugmire of BoxingScene that Mayweather has agreed to move forward with their Sept. 19 clash as a legitimate professional fight, not an exhibition.
“The fight is on,” Pacquiao said in a text message.
